Gastronomy

Our cuisine, as the entire mentality of the mansion, combines the classical values with the up-to-date modern trends. We have meat roasted in the brick oven from the last century as much as dishes based on the new innovations of the culinary trends of the 21th century.
Our philosophy is to use natural, fresh ingredients from farmers in the region or grown in our herb-garden, such as basil, rosemary, thyme, chives or mint and tomato.
Have some refreshing home-made syrup on the patio, a glass of white or red wine from our family vineyard in the Káli-basin, or taste a traditional Hungarian “pálinka” next to your dinner.
The rich breakfast which we serve either in the building, or in summer time, under the sycamore trees, comes with homemade jams, fresh milk and butter from the neighbourhood, and various kinds of cheeses.

Our dishes are presented by our two Gault et Millau toque Chef, Viktor Ekler.
